LIMITED WARRANTY
1. 30-DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Mileage MonsterTM products are covered by a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee when installed by a CERTIFIED Mileage MonsterTM Installer. If you are dissatisfied with any Mileage MonsterTM product you purchased from Hydrogen Concepts, LLC or from a licensed Mileage MonsterTM dealer, you may return it to your point of purchase within thirty (30) days of its delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The warranty does not extend to damage or failure that results from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, abuse, improper installations or maintenance. Your return shipping cost (ground rate) will be refunded only if the return is determined to be due to an error on the part of Hydrogen Concepts, LLC.
2. IF YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Purchasers of Mileage MonsterTM products must notify Hydrogen Concepts, LLC of any damaged merchandise within five (5) days of receipt. If notification is not made with five (5) days of receipt, all damage shall be deemed to have been caused by the purchaser, thereby voiding all express and implied warranties.
3. 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON MILEAGE MONSTERTM HHO GENERATOR. Purchasers of Mileage MonsterTM products have a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Within the warranty period, Hydrogen Concepts, LLC will repair or replace, at its discretion, any Mileage MonsterTM HHO Generator that proves to be defective. The warranty does not extend to damage or failure that results from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, abuse, improper installations or maintenance. To exercise this warranty, please return the product to your point of purchase.
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. This1-YearLimited Warranty applies only to your Mileage MonsterTM HHO Generator, and does not apply to the electrical relay, water reservoir, hoses, fuses, wiring, switches, electrical connections, screws or other mounting hardware.
5. BREAKING GENERATOR SEAL VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. All Mileage MonsterTM HHO Generators are factory sealed. If that seal is broken by anyone other than a CERTIFIED Mileage MonsterTM Installer, this warranty automatically becomes null and void. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE LID OR REMOVE THE CARTRIDGE FROM THE GENERATOR. DOING SO WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID THIS WARRANTY. Your Mileage MonsterTM HHO Generator should ONLY be serviced by a CERTIFIED Mileage MonsterTM Installer.
6. 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON ACCESSORY PARTS. All accessory parts (parts other than the Mileage MonsterTM HHO Generator) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days. Within the warranty period, Hydrogen Concepts, LLC will repair or replace, at its discretion, any accessory part that proves to be defective. The warranty does not extend to damage or failure that results from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, abuse, improper installations or maintenance. To exercise this warranty, please return the subject part(s) to your point of purchase.
7. LIMITATIONS OF DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. This Limited Warranty shall be in addition to any implied warranties which may be applicable by law: PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE MILEAGE MONSTERTM EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY BY LAW BE APPLICABLE DURING THE TERM OF THE MILEAGE MONSTERTM LIMITED WARRANTY, BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST HYDROGEN CONCEPTS, LLC SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF MILEAGE MONSTERTM PRODUCTS AS PROVIDED BY, AND WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE MILEAGE MONSTERTM LIMITED WARRANTY, HYDROGEN CONCEPTS, LLC SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE BUYER ANY OTHER REMEDY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS SALES, INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
Before returning any product you must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be written conspicuously on the outside of the return shipment box. E-mail us at sales@iuseh2o.com with “RMA Request” in the subject line to obtain an RMA.
For 30-Day Returns: You may return an item, in its original, undamaged condition, for a refund within thirty (30) days of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. To assist us in processing your return, please tell us the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. Include a written note informing us whether you want the item exchanged or the purchase price refunded to you. All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition with all included instruction sheets, certificates and warranties and in its original box. The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage.
We suggest using UPS or similar ground shipping service for your protection. Allow 7 to 10 days to process returned merchandise. If you used a credit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited to your account. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
A 15% restocking fee with be applied to (1) orders cancelled prior to shipping, and (2) items returned as defective, which are tested and found to be working properly. Please call for technical support before returning an item as defective. Mark the package with the RMA number and ship to:
